Oh my, I'm writing something here and it's not even in the name of procrastination. What is happening to the world?

Anywhoo...

I'm back from a shot trip from Sydney, and I come bearing art related stuff!

- A few photos of the city lights, so bright and such beautiful colours that I had to try to capture them, and had to find a way that does them justice.

- My other sketch book, which, combined with my current one, is filled with drawings of figures and faces. I've not posted them yet because I'm still working up the courage to colour them, but I've decided nuts to that, and will post them anyway. They shall be a series titled "Faces" (because I hate making up names. They all sound wanky), and If I colour any in the future I shall call them "Faces (number) - Coloured". Or something.

- My paints. I've not painted in years. And when I did I tended to be terrible at it. We'll see how that turns out. I am excited.

- And, most importantly of all, I have finally bought my own box of MUNGYO PASTELS. I did have a little box of them that I... accumulated. From the school. Three years ago. I was allowed free range of the art storeroom because I was a elective art student, and I kinda... didn't give them back... But they were all stubby and dirty, so the school didn't need them anyway. :paranoid: Not the point.

The point is, I have MUNGYO PASTELS!!! Yay! :boogie:
I also bought spray fixer, so there will be some coloured works and experiments along soon.

I want to use the balloon emoticon. :airborne: There. Now I am happy.
